Health Information Line

CenVaNet’s robust Call Center provides confidential access to registered nurses who are able to provide health information, physician information and resource referrals to our Client’s customers. Designed on a powerful, flexible software application, CenVaNet is able to serve as an extension of our Client’s operations, providing both inbound and outbound call programs. Our call center programs can be tailored to meet the needs of hospitals, physician practices, payers, and employer groups.

Capabilities Include:

Provider Referrals - Callers are provided with information on physicians or other health care providers based upon their specific requests such as specialty or geographic location. CenVaNet’s clients are able to specify the providers to be included in the database as well how the referrals are distributed.

Health and Wellness Information – Our team of registered nurses are able to provide callers with Client-approved health education and information specific to the caller.

Specialty Call Services - CenVaNet works with Clients to develop call lines to promote and track activity related to specialty service lines such as cardiac, maternity, orthopedics or cancer.

Community Resource Locator - Callers can receive information on a variety of community resources such as support group information, community service offerings, food banks, and transportation.

Seminar Registration and Speaker’s Bureau – CenVaNet’s health information line application supports the management of registration for sponsored seminars, classes, special programs and Speaker’s Bureaus.

Patient Satisfaction - Outbound calls to recently discharged patients to enhance continuity of care and patient satisfaction.

Language/Translation Services - Multi-lingual translation services are available.
